ICT proposers Day: Budapest 19-20 May 2011

CITIC

This event, organized by the European Commission, will be held on 19 and 20 May, and he will present the calls in August and 9 ICT Cooperation Framework Programme VII. "
This biennial event, organized by the Directorate General Information Society and Media European Commission, will be held in Budapest on 19 and 20 May.

In this international collaborative framework, CITIC, and the Agency IDEA CITAndalucía available to the Andalusian business the opportunity to participate in a European meeting which will give full details of the eighth and ninth convocation of the Seventh Framework Programme the ICT sector. ICT Proposers' Day 2011

This international event focuses on building networks and partnerships for participation in the eighth and ninth convocation of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) of the European Commission. These calls offer more than one billion euros of funding.

The thematic sessions in the 2011-2012 work program in the ICT sector, proposals and ideas, networking supported by European Commission officials and the information points fulfilling the objective of encouraging the creation of consortia and provide in-depth information .

For this edition is expected about 2,500 participants mainly from industry, business, research, government and education from all member countries, partners and European Union candidate.

CITAndalucía

The Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer in Andalusia (CITAndalucía) is a company affiliated to the Ministry of Economy, Science Innovation and Regional Government and main business is the promotion of technological innovation in Andalusia through Transfer Knowledge and participation of enterprises, research centers and groups in the R + D of the European Union.

CESEAND CITAndalucía is a partner, Andalusian node of the European Network of Centres of support for SMEs in Internationalisation, Innovation and Technology Transfer (Enterprise Europe Network). The network has more than 500 points of contact for companies in 40 countries in Europe.

CITAndalucía has 2 main objectives:

• Enhancing the Transfer of Technology companies, research institutes and research groups at the Andalusian regional, national and international.
• Encourage the participation of undertakings, research centers and groups in Andalusia in European funding for R + D + i (FP).

CITIC

The Andalusian Centre of Innovation and Information Technology and Communications (CITIC), created in March 2002, is a private non-profit organization located in the Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía (PTA) that is associated with the Network of Technology of Andalusia (RETA).

By a board composed of 38 leading institutions in the ICT sector, the Technology Center's mission is to act as a link between knowledge of the university and the needs of society through the company, for after I projects + D + i (Research, Development and Innovation), transferring the developed technology and encouraging its implementation, finally, through its Office of Research Results Transfer (OTT).
