As part of our Commercial Transformation initiative, this position is a key leadership role within GE Lighting EMEA and includes leadership over a fundamental future segment of our business. The role is in place to providing a clear direction and focus to our outdoor lighting fixture business over the region and encompasses strategy, product management, commercial and marketing.
-Establish and lead an Outdoor vertical organization
-Define and implement go to market and growth strategy, roadmap to execution
-Understand and analyze competitive landscape and competitors’ strategy and draw conclusions
-Drive the development of marketing strategy and product offering/portfolio
-Successfully lead the future Outdoor organization – sales, PM, marketing and cross functional teams
-Work closely with the global functional teams & EMEA leadership to create momentum with respect to filling gaps in our outdoor portfolio.
-Develop new and existing customer relationships and monitor customer satisfaction and feedback
-Set Growth Culture, develop and coach leadership team
-Promote GE values and integrity to all levels of the organization
Requeriments:
-University or college degree in engineering, commercial or business.
-10+ years selling/marketing lighting products/services/solutions or similar.
-Proven experience with outdoor lighting systems and solutions.
-Demonstrated background in general management, managing and growing Sales Teams.
-Strong planning and execution skills.
-Experienced in setting strategy, growing a customer base.
-High-energy team player with good interpersonal skills.
-Fluency in English is mandatory & Spanish desirable
-High Integrity.
