The winners of Andalusian cuisine in Hungary learn to cook with local produce

 

The Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science, through the Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia (Extenda) has organized a contest of Andalusian cuisine through social networks in Hungary with the aim of promoting the consumption of products and boost Andalusian further implementation of the Andalusian brands on the Hungarian market.

The Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science, through the Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia (Extenda) has organized a contest of Andalusian cuisine through social networks in Hungary with the aim of promoting the consumption of products and boost Andalusian further implementation of the Andalusian brands on the Hungarian market.
This competition has brought together more than 1,300 supporters in a Facebook page created for the event. This page offers information and content on health and nutrition day of quintessential Andalusian products such as oil, olives, vinegar, sherry and ham. This action has sought the widest possible dissemination of Andalusian products in Hungary.
In addition, to participate, fans Andalusian cuisine in Hungary have sent their recipes Facebook profile, where they had to include some of the Andalusian brands in the country and selected for this event.
The first prize was won by Ákos Hipszki with the recipe 'Fantacilla-Pudding Andalusian sherry hummus. " This is a Spanish teacher who loves to cook and would like to become a professional chef someday. Has been second to the plate Gabojsza Gyepes 'Risotto with saffron, asparagus and prawns' one woman 'gastrobloger', which has a cooking blog too often on the Internet.
The third mention was for Zoltan Abonyi, which is not professional kitchen but they just opened a cafeteria offering tapas, on the 'Lamb almond salad. " These participants have received several batches of Andalusia and a copy of the book 'More than tapas', published by the Junta de Andalucia, which contains recipes from the best chefs in the world using Andalusian products.
The following ten candidates in scoring, have been rewarded with participation in the course of cooking Extenda organized annually, and this year has been taught by two of the best Spanish chefs, Martin Goldman and Luis Losa Reyna, last on 28 May.
Andalusian companies selected and present in the Hungarian market has been, Córdoba - Torrent Olives, Fruit Pascual, Monterreal Iberandalus, Arteoliva and Perez Barquero -, from Sevilla - Camacho Angel Food, The Spanish, Ybarra, BT Exporter olives, Tepesa, Jolca Olives and Rafael Salgado -; Sanavi of Granada, Jaén - Cold Cuts Oil Carchelejo Vallejo -; of Cadiz - Barbadillo, Fernando de Castilla, 501, Bodegas Hidalgo-La Gitana, Bodegas Osborne, González Byass, Sandeman and Huerta de Albala -, from Almería - FJ Sánchez successors - and Málaga - Hojiblanca, Triselecta and Hutesa -.
The contest has been widely circulated through the Facebook page (http://on.fb.me/extendahungria), Web Extenda Hungary (http://www.extenda.hu/) and TV2 Hungarian TV (www.borkultusz.hu).
