Hungarian Krisztian Berki gymnast has won the gold medal in the pommel horse discipline of gymnastics in the Olympic Games in London, while the British Louis Smith and Max Whitlock got the silver and bronze medals respectively.

Berki conducted an exercise with a score of 16,066, the same as was Smith. However, the best execution of Hungarian (9166) gave the maximum metal while Britain had to settle for silver after a 9066 running.
Meanwhile, Whitlock hung bronze with a mark of 15,600.
