Exhibition: Great masters of European modernism

The exhibition "Great masters of European modernism" to be held in the Crypt of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, includes the work of Antoni Gaudí, Odon Lechner and Victor Horta.

Gaudi's Sagrada Familia, is next to the Alhambra in Granada, one of the most visited monuments in Spain. Also highlighted among the works of Antoni Gaudí, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló and the Park Güell.

Ödön Lechner, Hungarian architect, known as the Hungarian Gaudi, and Victor Horta, Belgian architect, pioneer of modernism.

In 2000, four works of Victor Horta were declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, namely, the Hotel Solvay, Hotel Tassel, Hotel van Eetvelde and Horta House Workshop.

The presentation of this exhibition, organized by the Consulate General of Hungary in Barcelona, the Sagrada Familia Basilica and the Hungarian Embassy in Madrid, anger by Secretary of State for Culture of Hungary Márton Kálnoki-Gyöngyössy.
