Monte Nevado breed gets first save mangalicas in Spain after the race in Hungary

In particular and as reported by the company in a statement picked up by Europa Press, Monte Nevado has made two copies to stay pregnant and after 114 days of gestation both have produced three copies of the variety 'Golondrino' and seven of the variety 'blond '.
The company has based its interest in the breeding of these animals in Spain in order to maintain a small herd of about ten copies, allowing to observe live in Spain and some specimens of the breed "as interesting and unique."
Founded in 1898, the company Segovia was dedicated from its inception to the production of a ham long, slow healing, "synonymous with quality, making it the company referred to as trusted of all professionals and consumers."
