Cosma (Magna) is made with BDW four plants in Germany, Hungary and Poland
The auto parts maker Magna, through its subsidiary, Cosma International, has signed an agreement with the shareholders of the company BDW aluminum parts for the acquisition of signed trails factories in Germany, Poland and Hungary, according to Magna a statement.

The corporation with headquarters in Aurora (Canada) said that through this agreement will be made two BDW operations in Germany, as well as a plant in Hungary and one in Poland. Magna said that among the clients of these divisions BDW brands include Volkswagen, Skoda, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari and Porsche, among others.
The firm said that this operation will allow Cosma have the ability to expand and complement its ability to deliver solutions lightweight steel and aluminum components for customers around the world. The company said that this measure will strengthen its international position.
"The technologies complement BDW obtained from smelting capacity at low pressure we have recently acquired Grenville Castings in Ontario, Canada," explained the president of Cosma International, Horst Prelog.
