This time we have undertaken a more noble challenge as we did last time. In this evening our aim is to show our guests relationship between hand-made quality wines and the dishes dreamed by Áron Barka Chef de Cuisine. Just to make this event more authentic we have invited as host Antal Kovács - eternal Hungarian Sommelier Champion, the greatest expert of hand-made national wines.
